Split Shares 1:10

Aiming higher liquidity and market value of the shares of OIG, the old number of shares was multiplied by 10 recently. Who shares before 1000 eg, got 10,000. That made the market take the price of each share at around L $ 0.30 (as if it was L $ 3), brought new investors and increased liquidity.

Soon post the list of current shareholders.

Visando maior liquidez no mercado e valorização das ações da OIG, o número de ações antigo foi multiplicado recentemente por 10. Quem tinha antes 1000 ações por ex, ficou com 10.000. Isso fez o mercado levar o preço de cada ação por volta de L$ 0,30 (como se fosse L$ 3 na quantidade de ações anterior), trouxe novos investidores e aumentou a liquidez.

Increase in Free Float

After study of Hugo Lecrkone, CEO of BDVR, decided to open a poll on the Free Float in the OIG.

About 70% of the votes were in favor of increasing the Free Float.

Free Float with a larger idea is to have greater participation of smaller shareholders.

In conversation with Walbin Praga, he agreed to sell part of its shares.

Leal Mayo se retira temporariamente da OIG
