After study of Hugo Lecrkone, CEO of BDVR, decided to open a poll on the Free Float in the OIG.
About 70% of the votes were in favor of increasing the Free Float.
Free Float with a larger idea is to have greater participation of smaller shareholders.
In conversation with Walbin Praga, he agreed to sell part of its shares.
