OIG 2012 – A new schedule of dividends

After another year of great work, can achieve further public confidence.

We saw the action of the OIG reaches the value of L$ 2. This represents 2000% appreciation when we started, in 2007.

Now we have a new dividend policy for the first quarter of 2012. Let’s continue with dividend almost every week, but every two weeks, the dividend will be symbolic.

So we will be able to reinvest. Part of the profit will be used to buy more shares in other companies. Another part of profit will be used to repurchase shares of OIG and further increase liquidity.

OIG 2012 – Novo calendário de dividendos

Após mais um ano de grande trabalho realizado, conseguimos adquirir ainda mais confiança do público.

Vimos a ação da OIG atingir o valor de L$ 2. Isso representa 2000% de valorização de quando iniciamos.

Agora teremos uma nova política de dividendos para o primeiro trimestre de 2012. Vamos continuar com dividendo
quase todas as semanas, porém, a cada duas semanas o dividendo será simbólico.

Assim vamos poder reinvestir. Parte do lucro, será usado para comprar mais ações de outras empresas. Outra parte
do lucro, será utilizado para recomprar ações da OIG e aumentar ainda mais a liquidez.

More L$ 4.5 million worth of lindens to the OIG – 5 years in 1

The OIG great!
5 in 1 year. I said at the beginning of the year, and the plan to materialize.
We work with the OIG since 2007. Even in the most difficult time we spent in bankruptcy of the old stock exchange ACE, we remain alive.
I always had the commitment to shareholders.
Today with great joy can show the OIG with new numbers, growing more and more.
I have several other businesses in SL. In Brazil, the main sites that I deal with the SL and the main blog, with several columnists, with about 1000 posts (http://lindenbr.blogspot.com, mercadolinden.com, lindenbr.com). I also have two entire regions (Fox Land and Ilha dos Lobos) and several mainland land. Hundreds of thousands of customers and negotiations.
Every business I manage, since 2007, is now giving about 1 million 100 thousand lindens profit per quarter.
I made a new project, grand as it is sl, and I am in touch with several investors. This is the SIC: Sewell Investment Corp. At first the SIC is open only to large investors (100k or more investment), with sales of shares directly to me. Not listed on any stock exchange at that time.
Within this project, I could not fail to reward the OIG, keeping my commitment to shareholders and with it, that trust in my work. 15% of the shares of SIC, were donated to the OIG.
The initial value of trading of the stock sales of the SIC, means that the OIG is gaining 45,000 shares for a value of L$ 100 (value we are selling the shares initially).
This means an additional equity of L$ 4,500,000 for OIG, and an extra profit of about L$ 55,000 per month.
With great appreciation and increasing demand for shares of the OIG, we need to make a second offer. Few people are selling shares of the OIG, and this can cause the price will rise sharply. A new supply of actions that the OIG will have more liquidity and we can further expand our investments.
The price of the second offer and the number of shares will be set soon.

5 anos em 1. Eu disse no início do ano, e o plano se concretizou.
Trabalhamos desde 2007 com a OIG. Mesmo no momento mais difícil que passamos, na falência da antiga bolsa de valores ACE, nos mantemos vivos.
Eu sempre tive o compromisso com os acionistas.
Hoje com grande alegria pode mostrar a OIG com novos números, crescendo mais e mais.

Ações de Poroso Jigsaw e Rafael Meads revertidas

Após tentativas de contato com o avatar Poroso Jigsaw, por e-mail e im no sl, e anúncio sem sucesso, as ações dele estão sendo transferidas para a conta da OIG.

O mesmo vai acontecer com a conta do avatar Rafael Meads. Na verdade, as ações do Rafael Meads eram para ter sido relistadas em meu nome, uma vez que ele tinha feito um acordo comigo para a compra de ações, porém não me pagou. Contudo, vou deixar essas ações também para a OIG, como doação particular.

Com isso, um total de 17,5% das ações da OIG, voltam em favor da empresa e de outros acionistas. Isso representa uma valorização significativa para cada ação.

Lembramos que o avatar pode entrar em contato comigo ainda para que isso seja revertido, caso ele reapareça, dentro do prazo estipulado nas regras do Capex.

After attempts to contact the avatar Porous Jigsaw, by e-mail and im in sl, andadvertising without success, his actions are being transferred to the account of the OIG.

Finally finished another financial survey. Due to the numerous commitments RL, we’re sending with a little delay in the current financial information. However, we had an excellent time. There are nearly 200 new shareholders, coming mostly through sponsorship provided by LindenBR.com and MercadoLinden.com It was a very lucrative in stock trading. For example, we bought a very timely ADS’s shares, paying from L $ 1.50 per share after the IPO, which began in L $ 2 per share. We won in the negotiation of many other actions, sponsorship and negotiating lindens. Let’s keep the sale of shares and work for us to accomplish our goal, the OIG will trace the rise in five years 1.

Finalmente terminamos mais um levantamento financeiro. Devido aos inúmeros compromissos RL, estamos enviando com um pouco de atraso as informações financeiras atualizadas. Contudo, tivemos um período excelente. We continue to see success in exchange for Lindens LindeX system. An old bag of SL, the ISE that before have the listed companies transferred to the stock market acted as a competitor of SLCapex SLCapex now will act similar to the system Lindex. We will review the results that may be obtained for this system to decide whether to invest, but we also have guys all say that there a good prospect.
Thousands of GIO’s shares were offered through sponsorship and LindenBR.com MercadoLinden.com for its customers.
Furthermore additional sales of shares are also happening at around 0.30.

Thus, we have maintained the purchase of shares by the OIG values below 0.30, which represents earnings significant.
When the SLCapex relist, sell all the shares of OMG. OMG it was a handbag company ACE, and not tested positive for a long time. Sell relistagem logo on the company, which meant reduction of losses, since today’s stock dropped further OMG.

However, the OMG had a great result to a particular branch, sold almost all of GIO shares he owned, with excellent profit margin of about 250% or more from what I observed.
The SLReports, important and oldest company listed on SLCapex, which had many actions, which was also another sold with great profit margin. We maintained a share of stock, and after changing the company’s management, SLReports shares of stock were transferred to the NIC (maybe this is the company that has obtained up to now best results in terms of stock appreciation). However, despite the excellent management of NIC, understand that the value of the shares was (and still) overvalued. Thus, we sell many of the actions NIC with a large margin.

As regards the exchange of Lindens, also obtained very good results. I believe that the degree of security of investment, given that liquidity is very high and easily into our hands, a gain of about 4% per month on that investment is already a success.
We also deal well other activities, and have maintained a monitoring and investing in companies that already have a better record in SL. Now intend to invest some capital in ADS, a new company in SLCapex but well developed and already has great organizational and results.

Continuamos tendo sucesso no câmbio de lindens pelo sistema LindeX. Uma antiga bolsa do SL, o ISE que antes de
ter as empresas listadas transferidas para a bolsa de valores SLCapex atuava como concorrente da SLCapex, agora
irá atuar semelhante ao sistema Lindex. Iremos analisar os resultados que poderão ser obtidos nesse sistema para
decidir se iremos investir, mas poso adiantar que temos também ai uma boa perspectiva.

Milhares de ações da OIG foram oferecidas via patrocínio do LindenBR.com e MercadoLinden.com para seus clientes.
Além disso vendas adicionais de ações também estão acontecendo, na casa dos 0,30.

Dessa forma, mantivémos a compra de ações da OIG por valores abaixo de 0,30, o que representa ganhos
significativos.

Ao ser relistada na SLCapex, vendemos todas as ações da OMG. A OMG era uma empresa da bolsa ACE, e não
apresentou resultados positivos durante muito tempo. Vendemos logo na relistagem da empresa, o que significou
diminuição de perdas, uma vez que hoje as ações da OMG caíram ainda mais.

Contudo, a OMG teve um ótimo resultado em determinado ramo: vendeu quase todas as ações da OIG que possuía, com
margem de lucro excelente, de cerca de 250% ou mais pelo que observei.

A SLReports, importante e antiga empresa listada na SLCapex, da qual tínhamos muitas ações, também foi outra que
vendemos com grande margem de lucro. Mantivemos uma parte das ações, e após a troca da administração da empresa,
as ações da SLReports foram transferidas para ações da NIC (talvez essa seja a empresa que obteve até agora os
melhores resultados em termos de valorização das ações). Contudo, apesar da excelente administração de NIC,
entendemos que o valor das ações estava (e continua) superavaliados. Dessa forma, vendemos boa parte das ações
da NIC com grande margem de lucro.

No que diz respeito ao câmbio de lindens, também obtivémos resultados muito bons. Acredito que pelo grau de
segurança desse investimento, uma vez que a liquidez é muito alta e está facilmente em nossas mãos, um ganho de
cerca de 4% ao mês nesse investimento já é um sucesso.

Também negociamos bem outras ações, e temos mantido um acompanhamento e investimento em empresas que já
apresentam um melhor histórico no SL. Pretendemos investir agora algum capital em ADS, uma empresa nova na
SLCapex, porém bem desenvolvida e que já apresenta grande nível organizacional e de resultados.
